Order Processing
Pre-Order Items
Items marked as PRE-ORDER are made to order and require additional production time.
Estimated production and shipping time:
- 4–8 weeks from the date of purchase
If your order contains both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed.
Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Customs & Duties
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or courier issues. MSTY is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
